How to Book

  • Click the get started button in the right hand corner or click any Book Now button.

  • 2, 4, or 8! Pick a package that works best for you.

  • Once you pick a package, our calendar will pop up with all of our available days and times. Pick one that will work best for you.

  • To book, we need the following information.

    • First and Last Name

    • Phone Number

    • Email

    • Appointment Address

    • Comments, Questions, Concerns

  • We offer online pre payment and pay at appointment options.

    You are only required to pre pay if you plan to be absent during the appointment.

    We accept:

    • Card, Cash, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle

  • You’re Booked! You should get an email with your appointment information. It has options to pay, change appointment information, and reschedule your appointment.

  • All of the cleaning supplies and equipment are supplied by us. However, if you have carpet, we recommend letting your cleaner use your vacuum. Especially if you have pets. Our vacuums need to be sanitized in between each use and it does not have a brush roll.

    Lastly, if you have any cleaning chemical preferences, let us know beforehand so that we can have it ready to use before we arrive.

  • Each client is assigned a single housekeeper to ensure consistent quality and build trust. Your dedicated housekeeper becomes familiar with your home, preferences, and specific needs, which improves efficiency and delivers a more personalized, reliable service.

  • If you chose the pay at appointment option, payment is expected at the beginning. Tips are not necessary but always appreciated.

  • The client is responsible for any waste accumulated during the appointment.

Appointment Day

During Your Appointment

  • Cleaners typically arrive 10 minutes early to walk through the property and confirm we can deliver the results quoted. During this walkthrough, the cleaner will review what’s feasible, outline the next steps to meet your cleaning goals, and give you an opportunity to share your priorities and expectations.

  • 2-Hour Cleaning – $80

    This service covers a general cleaning of the kitchen and bathrooms, with a focus on floors and dusting surfaces throughout the rest of the home.

  • 4-Hour Cleaning – $160

    This is our most popular option. It includes a deeper cleaning of the kitchen and bathrooms, along with a general cleaning of the rest of the home.

  • 8-Hour Cleaning – $320

    Our most comprehensive service, ideal for larger homes or homes that need extra attention. This includes a deeper cleaning of the entire home with added focus on detail and organizational cleaning.

  • Yes, some specialized services may have an additional fee depending on the cleaning package you choose.

    For example, oven cleaning (not to be confused with stovetop cleaning) costs an additional $40 when booked with the 4-hour cleaning package, since this type of cleaning is time-intensive and requires focus to achieve quality results.

    However, oven cleaning is included at no extra cost in the 8-hour cleaning package, where there’s enough time to incorporate it thoroughly alongside other tasks.

    If your main priority is oven cleaning—or any other specific task like dishes, laundry, or organizing—you can also book a 2-hour focused session, which is designed for one primary job with some light general cleaning included.

  • Travel fees are issued for Clients who live 30 miles or 30 minutes away from St. Mathews. If you live within this radius, no travel fee will apply.

    Travel fees are calculated by our hourly rate outside of the first 30 minutes of travel.

    Ex: If you live 1 hour away. Your travel cost would be $40.

    Travel fees are calculated by us and will be added to your service when we verify your address.

  • We offer weekly cleanings at a 25% discount if you are subscribed.

    • 2 Hour Weekly subscription ~ $240

    • Original monthly price without~ $320

    • 4 Hour Weekly Subscription ~ $480

    • Original Monthly Price Without~ $640

  • We also offer a Bi-Weekly subscription with a 12.5% discount.

    • 2 Hour Bi-Weekly subscription ~ $140

    • Original monthly price without~ $160

    • 4 Hour Bi-Weekly Subscription ~ $280

    • Original Monthly Price Without~ $320

  • When you purchase a subscription, you will get an email with a code. You will get a new code emailed to you monthly when your subscription renews.

    Use this code to redeem your Prepaid hours when booking your appointments.

    You are required to use all prepaid time before the subscription renews. They do expire after 30 days.

    To check how many hours you have left on your code, go to the booking section and scroll to the bottom. There is a button that says “Check Code Balance”

    If you have a specific day and time that you have your appointment and it is scheduled by us, this will not apply to you and we will keep track of it for you.

  • No Cancellation or Rescheduling fee

    Priority scheduling

  • In unforeseen circumstances if you need to cancel or reschedule, we can give you a refund within 30 days of the rescheduling or add those hours to one of your next scheduled appointments where we are able.

    There is no cancellation fee.

  • If you need to reschedule you can do so through your account or confirmation email.

    There is no penalty for rescheduling for subscribers.

    Hours can be refunded for 1 rescheduled/canceled appointment up to 30 Days after that appointment.

    Hours can be stacked for rescheduled appointments for 60 days after the initial rescheduled appointment.

  • Create an account to easily manage your subscription and hours you’ve accumulated.

  • Typically, you are assigned one house cleaner. If you would like to request a certain cleaner, you can do so through our scheduling portal.

Subscriptions

What We Use

  • The following cleaners are used by most staff but may vary:

    • Sprayway Glass Cleaner

    • Weiman Metal Cleaner

    • Easy Off Oven Cleaner

    • Pledge Furniture Polish

    • Odo Ban ( Disinfectant All Purpose Cleaner)

    • Power Paste

  • Most homes with non-textured flooring we use swiffer with fresh microfiber head with Odo Ban.

    We also use O-Cedar Mop with fresh mop head for textured floors.

    For extremely textured floors, we use our dual head steamer.

  • Each Cleaner has their own vacuum if the client does not provide one.

    The vacuum needs to be sanitized in between each use so to save your cleaner the trouble, please let them use your vacuum if you have one.

  • We offer carpet cleaning within our packages at no extra charge. As long as we have the time, we are more than happy to help.

  • When you hire one of us to help, we try to accomplish as much as possible within the allotted time. Typically, each cleaner is able to accomplish the following on average within the packages.

    2 Hr- Quick maintenance cleaning. Floors, counters, mirrors, and anything else that may need to be done daily.

    4 Hr- A deeper cleaning of the kitchen and bathrooms with a general cleaning of the rest of the home.

    8 Hr- A full home deep cleaning with organization.

    results vary depending on home size and current condition.

  • Creating an account helps you keep track of your orders, payments, client information, and where you can reschedule your appointments if necessary.

  • Getting started is simple. Click the log in button in your navigation bar. Then it will prompt you to either log in or create an account. If you have booked with us before, be sure to create an account with the same email you used to book your first appointment so that they show up in your appointment history.

  • To cancel, reschedule, update your payment method, or view your prepaid subscription hours, log in and select the appropriate option. It’s easy to use!
